How I Work

I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is humanistic and integrative, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic models — including IFS, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Mindfulness — to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.

Sometimes words are not enough, and that’s where body-based techniques come in. Through methods like focusing, breathwork, and body scans, we can gently explore and release emotions that may be held in the body as physical tension or unease. Reconnecting body and mind in this way can be a powerful step toward healing and wholeness.


What to Expect

Our first session is £20 — a chance for you to see if I’m the right counsellor for you. It’s important that you feel safe, heard, and respected.

If we decide to work together, we’ll move gently but purposefully. I will walk alongside you as you begin to look inward and uncover the deeper patterns, beliefs, and motivations that may be shaping your current experience.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, loss, life transitions, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right — change is possible. I’ve had the privilege of seeing people move from fear to calm, from confusion to clarity, and from pain to a more peaceful and fulfilling life.


Flexibility to Suit Your Needs

While I believe that open-ended therapy allows for deep, lasting transformation, I also offer goal-focused sessions if you’re seeking support around a specific issue. Together, we’ll agree on a direction and work with intention in the time available.
